Standard safety nets

Our nets are manufactured according to the European Standard EN 1263-1. This standard applies to safety nets and safety net accessories used in construction and installation work and specifies: definition, test methods for rope and mesh maximum tensile forces, determination of energy absorption and evaluation. Each safety net must bear the name of the manufacturer or importer as well as the month and year of manufacture. The nets must be tested once a year. To do this, send one of the test threads to us to have the maximum tensile strength of the yarn tested. You will find the annual test date on the test label on the net or, after the first test, on the test certificate sent to you. SpanSet also repairs protective nets with defective meshes and worn edge ropes. Please note that you may no longer use defective nets!
