Decent rescue devices

Decent rescue devices are used for rescuing persons in case of emergency or danger. They can be used at high workplaces on roofs, platforms, towers, steel lattice constructions, high rack systems, fixed ladders, etc. or for abseiling from buildings when no exit is accessible due to fire, gas leak, power failure or other events. The articles 41-RSET and ABS-3W30 have a centrifugal force controlled constant abseiling speed (approx. 0.9 m/s) and allow the abseiling of one person. In addition, two harnesses can be used to rescue several people one after the other in shuttle mode without any loss of time.

The rescue hoist of the 41-RSET allows a fallen person to be lifted a little before the abseiling operation in order to relieve the lanyard on which he is hanging and to detach it from the anchorage point. The abseil can then be carried out as with the ABS-3W30. The abseiling process can be interrupted at any point by grasping and holding the counter-rope.
