For our location Übach-Palenberg we are looking for trainees for the 01. August 2022 for the profession:

 

Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

 

Field of work:

Warehouse logistics specialists work in an action and process-oriented manner in the logistics area. They receive and unload goods. In doing so, they operate transport equipment and warehouse management systems. They record the goods and store them properly. At regular intervals, they check inventories and assemble goods for onward transport. Before shipping, they pack and label goods, prepare the loading plan and load the goods.

 

Vocational qualification

  • Warehouse logistics specialists
  • carry out goods inspections and checks of accompanying documents when receiving goods,
  • store goods,
  • check the cargo and the storage conditions
  • linitiate quality and value maintenance measures
  • carry out inventory checks
  • load and stow goods with accompanying documents
  • determine the cargo space and prepare the loading plan for shipment processing
  • record and update goods data
  • unload goods using unloading and handling equipment,
  • pick and pack good
  • assemble loading units
  • select packaging and transfer materials and label goods 

 

Ausbildungsdauer:

  • 3 years, start 01.08.2022
  • The training takes place at SpanSet and at the vocational school in Aachen.

 

Prerequisite:

  • Advanced technical college entrance qualification
  • High motivation and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
