ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
PART TIME
Part-Time Accounts Administrator
We are currently looking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Administrator, working approx. 20 hours per week – ideally afternoons Monday to Friday, or 3 full days but this could be flexible for the right person.
The successful candidate will work within a small team to administer all aspects of the day-to-day accounts functions accurately and effectively ensuring all deadlines are met. Reporting directly to the Accounts Office Supervisor.
Skills and experience required:
- Knowledge, experience and skills required:
- Experience of Purchase and/or Sales Ledger processing
- Fully IT literate, competent in Excel
- Experience in Business Central ERP system or similar package
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to consistently meet exacting deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to resolve issues, but escalate problems or questions as appropriate
Main Duties & responsibilities:
- Processing Purchase and Sales ledger transactions onto Business Central ERP
- Process Purchase Invoices liaising with other departments when required
- Account reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Dealing with general enquiries
The ideal candidate must have previous accounting experience.
