Steph Fowles - Customer Support
What name/nickname do you prefer to be called?
My ‘proper’ name is Stephanie, however I liked to be called Steph. People do get me mixed up with my colleague, Steph Powers – it was even more confusing when we had another Steph in the department, it was almost as if you had to be called Steph to work here!
If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?
My role is Customer Support, though you could describe my job as wearing many different hats as I am also responsible for the Inspections paperwork, helping with returns and booking Training, which can get very busy at times.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I have been with the Customer Support now for over 9 years as have many in the Department. There’s a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon amongst us and I enjoy using this to ensure we are able to help our customers get the right outcome. I love working in a busy office and the challenges every day brings.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy Zumba, attending classes at least 3 times a week - of course it keeps me fit however I have also met a great set of friends of all ages which has been lovely. During lockdown I have been doing Zoom Zumba in the mornings before work! I also enjoy walking, especially in North Wales – a memorable achievement was walking to the top of Snowdon.
What volunteering or passion projects do you do outside of work?
I love spending time with my beautiful grandchildren 😊
Going the extra mile - reaching the top of Snowdon was a memborable achievement. Energetic Steph also enjoys a good Zumba workout and spending time with her grandchildren.
