4 Day - Authorised Person (Confined Spaces)
This 4 day online (instructor led) course is designed to introduce delegates of the main requirements of Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L101 - Safe work in confined spaces (Confined Spaces Regulations 1997) so that Safe Systems of Work can be implemented, managed and controlled by competent persons.
This course meets the main requirements of MoD JSP 375, Chapter 6 - Confined Spaces, SNHS/NHS confined space procedures and many other similar company procedures.
On completion of the course, delegates will have the requisite knowledge to be able to identify typical confined spaces, understand the risks, review safety documentation, check competencies and ensure that the correct control measures are in place prior to permitting work to proceed.
