CUSTOMS / EXPORT CHECKS

The existing legal situation obliges us to correctly classify customs and export control relevant information on delivered materials.

This means that we need the following export control data from you for the ordered products:

- Country of origin

- Customs tariff number (statistical commodity code)

- Export list number (AL number)

- Export Control Classification Number (ECCN)

- Preferential country of origin - on request EU VO 1207/2001

- Preferential country of origin - on request EU VO 1207/2001

Since your delivered products are used both domestically and abroad, please ensure on your part that the required current customs and export control data are provided to us.

The following options are available to you for the customs and export control declaration:

- Long-term supplier declaration (lump-sum declaration 1 x per year) 

- Individual supplier confirmation per order delivery
