Why SpanSet? Since the existence of our company, we have been very successful in training industrial clerks in our company. This is clearly demonstrated by the consistently good results of the final examinations before the IHK Aachen (Chamber of Industry and Commerce). But also in the industrial-technical area we are successful in training specialists for warehouse logistics, machine and plant operators or industrial mechanics. In our IT department, we have also been training IT specialists for system integration for years.

Under the motto "challenge and encourage", our trainees receive a wide range of support to help them successfully complete their careers. This includes, for example, team-building measures, group work or targeted preparation for the final examination with external support. In addition, our trainees have the opportunity to take part in internal English language courses.

After successful completion of their vocational training, trainees have the option of being offered a temporary or permanent employment contract.
