RETURN POLICY

SpanSet, Inc. will accept returns of new, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We will also pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Once we receive an item back, you should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks. This time period is approximate and may vary.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number issued by SpanSet customer service.

A 15% restocking fee and repackaging fee will be charged on all returns.
