This role focuses on developing new markets and increasing customer sales within specified industries. Responsibilities include creating effective sales strategies, conducting field visits and product presentations, analyzing market trends, and preparing offers and proposals. The position also involves managing customer purchase orders and contracts, as well as handling feedback and complaints.
Job Description:
- Developing markets in new industries or areas, increasing the number and sales of customers.
- Developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, which are reported to the Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Conducting field visits and product presentations to customers.
- Analyzing the market and competitors (providing input to management regarding market prices/competitor prices, products/services that are not yet available at
- SpanSet but are highly needed by customers, gathering information related to the tools used by customers that are related to SpanSet products).
- Preparing and Submitting Offers, Including Assisting in Preparing and Gathering Necessary Data for Proposal Preparation
- Receiving Purchase Orders (PO) from Customers, Assisting and Ensuring Orders are Processed and Delivered as Agreed in the Proposal, Including Specifications,
- Prices, Deliveries, Invoices, Tax Invoices, Payments, etc
- Managing Contracts/Orders in the Form of Projects
- Managing Customer Feedback and Complaints

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High motivation and a passion for learning
- Candidate must possess valid driving car license (SIM A & C)
