General Terms

  2. SPANSET INDONESIA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may violate these terms and conditions or that may harm our customers or our website.

Order Placement & Account Management

  1. To place an order on our website, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, and payment details.
  2. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in Indonesia to make a purchase on our website.
  3. Everyone may access, view, and perform transactions on the Site. However, Customers will be required to register before ordering.
  4. Personal account will be created automatically the first time Customers place an order. Customers shall use the same e-mail address and password the next time they want to order, and may add or alter the shipping address and payment information at any time.
  5. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User ID and password. SPANSET INDONESIA will not be responsible for any breach of security caused by the failure to so maintain the confidentiality of User ID and password.
  6. Customers shall be responsible for all transactions and activities that occur as a result of the disclosure of User ID and password, whether or not such transactions and/or activities were authorized by Customers.
  7. Customers shall not provide their account information to the third parties and shall at all times be responsible and liable for any transactions or activities that occur on Customers account.
  8. Customers shall immediately notify SPANSET INDONESIA in the event of any unauthorized use of account or when Customers become aware of such breach of security.
  9. SPANSET INDONESIA may at any point and with immediate effect limit the Customers use of the Site and/or disable Customers account temporarily or permanently, if Customers fail to fulfill Customers obligations in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and/or do violations to the law.
  10. We reserve the right to verify your information and to refuse any order that we believe may be fraudulent or unauthorized.

Payment and Fees

  1. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
  2. You are responsible for any fees or charges that may apply to your payment method, including but not limited to transaction fees and currency exchange fees.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to verify your payment or if your payment is declined.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. We strive to ship orders promptly and to deliver them within the estimated delivery time frame.
  2. Customers shall be agree using courier companies as indicated on our website.
  3. SPANSET INDONESIA will charge a shipping fee on each order according to the weight or volume of the goods, which is applied by the carrier companies. The shipping cost will be reflected on Customers invoice.
  4. SPANSET INDONESIA shall provide standard packaging in order to maintain product quality.
  5. The order will be delivered to designated shipping point specified in the order. SPANSET INDONESIA shall not be responsible for any delay or delivery failure due to incorrect shipping address.
  6. Customers cannot change shipping address when the payment transaction has been carried out since the order has been proceed to dispatching process.
  7. The order will be dispatched during working days, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. In case Customers place order on weekends or holidays, the order will be dispatched in the next working days.
  8. SPANSET INDONESIA may outsource the delivery service to the third parties. Tittle and risk of loss pass to Customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, Customer shall file any claim with the carrier and SPANSET INDONESIA shall have no liability as a result of any damage occurring in transit.
  9. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your order, and you must comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.

  1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our website, including product descriptions, prices, and images.
  2. However, SPANSET INDONESIA cannot guarantee and assumes no legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
  3. SPANSET INDONESIA reserves the right to modify or remove product information at any time without prior notice.
  4. The product information contained in the Site, including but not limited to product description, specification and image, are for illustrative and general guidance purposes only.
  5. Customers should take appropriate professional advice on their particular circumstances since the application of the product may vary depending on particular circumstances.

SPECIFICATIONS & QUALITY

  1. The Products supplied shall be authentic, of good quality, new, and free of defects.
  2. SPANSET INDONESIA warrants the Products against defect of materials and workmanship under normal use or intended use of material capacity.
  3. All products have been passed by quality control checking.

Limitation of Liability

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 2 x 24 hours of receipt, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Returns and Refunds

1.    We accept returns and offer refunds for defective or damaged products, subject to our return policy.

2.    You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

3.    Non-refundable product conditions

  • Constraints and Product damage caused by shipping, you have notified us 2x24 hours from the time of receipt.
  • Products that are not sold by SPANSET INDONESIA (Serial Number not match)
  • Unauthorized maintenance or reparation, misuse, fall, liquid, accident, installation error, etc. resulting in problems in product quality, and alter or damage the label, serial number or mark of authenticity.
  • Unable to attach invoices, certificates are incompatible with the product.
  • The completeness of the product is not in accordance with when shipped including boxes, accessories and free gift related products.
  • Return or refund can’t be accepted without unboxing video.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, in the products and content on our website are owned by SPANSET INDONESIA or our affiliates or licensors.
  2. You may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
  3. Users are not allowed to post, upload, manipulate, reproduce or transmit materials that infringe on intellectual property rights or the rights of third-party owners. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate intellectual property rights or the rights of third-party owners.

Governing Law

  2. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or your purchase of our products shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, pandemic, government action, strike, lockout, delay or failure of third-party suppliers, or internet or telecommunication failure. In the event of any such circumstances, we shall be entitled to suspend or cancel the services without liability to you.

SPANSET INDONESIA may at any time, in its sole discretion, amend this Terms from time to time. Customers shall review the Terms periodically. By continuously using this Site after any such amendments signifies Customers acceptance thereof.
