Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
2. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback sessions with candidates to maintain engagement.
3. Onboarding:
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs that facilitate new employee integration.
- Provide ongoing support to new hires during their transition into the organization.
4. Talent Development:
- Identify training and development needs through performance evaluations and employee feedback.
- Collaborate with management to create and implement employee development programs.
5. Performance Management:
- Support the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance appraisal techniques and employee feedback.
6. Employee Engagement:
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and talent management effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on hiring trends, turnover rates, and employee development initiatives.
8. Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve talent management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing employee training and development programs.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
