Ratchet lashing is a tool used to secure loads on a vehicle by strapping them to prevent movement. Ratchet lashing comes in various capacities and lengths. There is a specific formula to determine the required ratchet lashing to ensure it meets your needs. Generally, ratchet lashing has two types: endless and end fitting.

SpanSet ratchet material is made from polyester and can be used in temperatures ranging from -40 to +100 degrees Celsius. Exposure to some chemical and acid solutions is not a problem. Additionally, SpanSet ratchet lashing is manufactured according to specific standards. The standard used by SpanSet is EN 12195-2, which is commonly used by many manufacturers worldwide for ratchet lashing.

Why is SpanSet Ratchet Superior to Others?

SpanSet ratchet lashing has several advantages over others. One of them is its controlled webbing elasticity with a maximum elasticity of 4%. Low elasticity increases ease in achieving optimal tension and prevents slack. Generally, the maximum standard elasticity is 7%, but SpanSet ratchet guarantees elasticity below 4%.
