Ratchet Lashing is an auxiliary tool used to tie specific goods or materials, whether transported by certain vehicles or not. With Ratchet Lashing, the strength of the bond on the goods is ensured, and it is certainly safer compared to tying with ordinary ropes.
Ratchet Lashing is shaped like a belt where at the end there is a special hook that can be used to tighten the tie. The material of this tool is made of Polyester, just like Webbing Slings. This material is strong enough to be used as a binding and restraining component.

- Longer lever, in its use, protects your back from injury. The longer Ergo ratchet lever makes tying easier. You can achieve optimum tension without requiring great force. To tighten the SpanSet Ergo tensioner, you have to pull the lever down instead of pushing it up so that your back won't tire quickly. With a longer lever design, the tensioner will have better ergonomic aspects.
- Tension Force Indicator (TFI). With TFI, you can quickly and easily check the tension force of the Ratchet Lashing. If the TFI is fully closed, it indicates the maximum tension force that can be achieved of up to 750 daN. Other indicators can show tension forces of 250 daN and 500 daN.
- Controlled webbing elasticity. SpanSet Tie-Down Straps are known for their low elasticity, maximum 4%. With special anti-abrasion design on the edge of the strap, the Tie-Down Strap remains safe even when used on rough surfaces.
- "ABS - Anti Belt Slip" process. When the Ratchet Lashing lever is opened, the strap will instantly loosen entirely, causing the load to move out of control. This can be overcome by using SpanSet ABS type Tie-Down Straps. The ABS system has the advantage of gradually controlling the loosening of the strap so that the load position can be corrected and protected from cargo damage and workplace accidents.
- Identification labels on each Tie-Down Strap. Each Tie-Down Strap is equipped with identification labels that are not easily damaged. On the identification label, you can find information on the tying capacity and STF (Standard Tension Force) so that it can be adjusted to the load to be tied. Tie-Down Straps without identification labels should not be used temporarily before being repaired. SpanSet also provides special protectors on the label to ensure that the information displayed is not easily erased.
